Session time is 60 - 80 minutes

Please be prepared to be at your appointment for up to 90 minutes from start to finish.

Sessions are $125

BlueCross BlueShield Insurance Accepted

If using insurance, please contact me to verify your benefits before making an appointment to ensure full coverage as many plans require a prescription for massage therapy.

I am unable to accept Premera BCBS patients at this time.

Booking
Online booking is available for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Thursday appointments cannot be booked online. Please contact me directly for Thursday bookings.

Please also contact me directly for emergency appointments, or to be added to the cancellation list.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

 Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of the full cost of service. The fee will be waived if I am able to fill the slot. The same policy applies to no-show appointments.

Please DO NOT cancel or reschedule via appointment reminder texts. These texts are non-reply messages. Your reply text will not be received and will not count as cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours.
