"Bowenwork with Christina has truly been life changing for me. This is my first experience with this type of bodywork and I see the lasting benefits and have never felt better! Each session is unique based on your needs and includes thorough assessment. When you get to the root of what is causing pain and discomfort, a long term solution can be found. Christina is a competent and caring healer. Her excellence with this massage technique reaps amazing results no matter your issue or cause of pain or concern. Definitely worth it for pain free living." - E.
Each session begins with assessment of posture, gait, range of motion, and other orthopedic tests.
Bowenwork can be performed over clothes or on skin. Please wear loose and light clothing, such as athletic-style shorts or pants, t-shirts or tank tops. Please avoid tight or slippery clothing (like spandex).
It is recommended that you receive a follow-up treatment within a couple of weeks of your initial visit.
If traditional massage and other rehabilitative therapies have not helped your condition as much as you had hoped, I encourage you to try Bowen.
